Unlike the cold and hard bronze or marble sculptures that are most often seen, the soft and sensuous nature of wood perfectly captures the delicate beauty of the female figure. Each piece is based on an actual model and carved by hand using the centuries old techniques of chisels, gouges, sanding and finishing to produce a one-off sculpture signed and authenticated by the artist. Most pieces take weeks to create, some can take months, but the beauty of the finished sculpture will bring pleasure forever.
